Guard Patrol Check

The Guard Patrol Check is an all-in-one solution that will help eliminate the need of installing and maintaining a separate camera into the card reader and the door entry system.

This product can help law enforcement secure their inmate’s safety, as well as their employee’s safety, by being able to view all of their activity. By being able to physically have logged time stamps when a cell check is performed, and being able to view the cell and the person checking the cell in a live mode, the Guard Patrol Check can help minimize any wrongdoings and mitigate liability.

The Guard Patrol Check system contains access control with a built-in 2-megapixel camera and a 13.56 MHz reader. With the integration of the wide-angle camera, the card reader and face mode enables the Guard Patrol Check to perform face detection with card verification before access can be granted. The system can grant access up to 40,000 users.

Visitors or workers can also use the bell button (located on the front of the Guard Patrol Check) to be granted access. When the Guard Patrol Check is connected over the user’s network, the GPC generates a notification message and a snapshot whenever the bell button is activated or pushed. The operator can also watch a live view of the area and communicate with the surveillance site via the microphone and speaker functions.

The camera specifications on the Guard Patrol Check include: a 2-megapixel that records up to 15 fps at 1920x1080; the built-in IR which also allows for effective distance – up to 3 meters; a day and night function, which is ideal especially when performing Guard Checks during overnight shift changes; the Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and the 180-degrees panorama view allows for a clear view of the designated surveillance area; and a built-in micro SD card slot, microphone, and speaker comes standard on the Guard Patrol Check.

Specifications on the Guard Patrol Check for access control and the built-in reader include: card and facial detection; a network interface for connecting up to 2 readers; the ability to enable different access control modes according to the authentication schedule; a bell button (on the touch pad) for talk mode; and the ability to take snapshots during a live view.
